You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and another notification once your item has been dispatched from our fulfillment center in Khanewal.

• Standard Shipping: Our standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. A flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 applies to all standard orders.

• Fast Shipping: If you need your items urgently for a special occasion, you can select our Fast Shipping option at checkout. This service guarantees delivery within 2 to 3 business days for a fee of Rs. 500.

• Free Shipping: As a token of appreciation for our valued customers, we offer completely FREE Standard Shipping on all orders with a total value exceeding Rs. 6000.

Delays and Undeliverable Packages While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, national holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues. If your package is significantly delayed, our support team will proactively reach out to you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee may apply.
